Penn State Franklin County 4-H Therapeutic Riding Center
Penn State’s Franklin County 4-H Therapeutic Riding Center is comprise of 25 acres accommodating the Therapeutic Riding Center, 4-H animal husbandry facilities and the master gardener plots. Design Core Studio examined the opportunities for the subject property and prepared a feasibility study and master plan.
Key issues included accommodating each user needs, evaluation of existing riding facilities, identifying appropriate parking locations, ADA compliance, and public water and sewer opportunities.
